Any Berks County municipality or governmental agency, including township, borough, city, municipal authority, etc., whose employees or officials are involved in public works may become an Active Member. The annual membership fee is $75.00, payable by March 1st. Membership as an Active Member entitles any employee of the municipality or governmental agency to attend and participate in the Association’s general membership meetings.

Any person, vendor or company with special knowledge, experience or interest in the public works field may become an Association Member. An applicant for membership as an Associate Member is referred to and reviewed by the Association’s Board of Director and my receive two-thirds vote for acceptance. The annual membership fee is $100.00, payable by March 1st. An Associate Member is entitled to attend and participate in the Association’s general membership meetings.
